		<description>Thanks for the words of encouragement. No, I haven&#039;t lost more weight -- but at least I haven&#039;t gained it all back. I took last year &quot;off&quot; and now I&#039;m back on my attempt to change my eating habits and lose more. Down a few pounds since the new year but I haven&#039;t yet cracked the 189 mark. When I do, hopefully, I&#039;ll begin blogging again. That seemed to really help keep me on track.</description>

But it&#039;s not ridiculous.  It&#039;s what happens when you eat potato chips every night.  And I, like you, am tired of getting on the scale and feeling bummed out.  I want to be excited again!  So that settles it.  I&#039;m recommitting along with you!
